This article describes research on system and school leadership from three perspectives. At the system level, leadership was evident at the senior levels of the central and regional systems, with principal network leaders having potential to exercise occasional leadership. Principals tended not to operate as system leaders because they had limited influence across multiple schools. At a regional level, it was clear that directors acted as system level leaders, exerting wide influence on clusters of schools to improve. At a school level, the work of the principal, other school leaders, and critical friends was more important to the improvement journey of the school than system leadership. It seems that whilst system leadership can be important, it needs to work in conjunction with school leadership to maximize influence on school success.

The Empowering Leadership Project

The Empowering Leadership Project was developed by the authors to improve management students' practice and understanding of empowering leadership, an emerging theory for leadership in the team context that includes Power Sharing, Motivation Support, and Development Support. In the project, student teams select a short leadership challenge, developed from the authors' consulting work with mid-level team leaders, that exemplifies one of the key aspects of empowering leadership. The teams conduct research on the leadership challenge, analyze research, and prepare proposed solutions and implementation plans to solve the leadership challenge. Instructions for the Empowering Leadership Project are provided as well as students' reactions to the project.

ระบบ RMS 2016
เป็นระบบที่ใช้สำหรับการบริหารจัดการงานต่าง ๆ ในสถานศึกษา ซึ่งมีโครงการการทำงานเหมือนกับการบริหารงานในสถานศึกษาทั่วไป ทำให้สามารถอำนวยความสะดวกแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงาน มีการเก็บบันทึก ข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานไว้ในฐานข้อมูลกลางที่มั่งคงและปลอดภัย อีกทั้งยังสำมำรถสรุปผลกำรปฏิบัติงานให้ออกมา ในรูปแบบของรายงานประเภทต่าง ๆ ไว้เป็นสำรสนเทศประกอบการตัดสินใจ (Decision Support System)
สำหรับผู้บริหารสถานศึกษำได้อีกด้วย
ระบบ RMS 2016 จะทำงานผ่ำนโปรแกรมเว็บเบราเซอร์ (Web Browser) โดยผู้ใช้งานสำมารถ เรียกใช้งานผ่านทางเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ให้บริการ (Computer Server) ดังนั้นผู้ใช้งานจึงไม่จำเป็นจะต้องติดตั้ง ระบบอีกทั้งยังสามารถเรียกใช้งานได้จากทุกที่ทุกเวลาตราบเท่าที่ยังสามารถเชื่อมต่อกับเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต
1. กำรเข้ำสู่ระบบ
การเข้าสู่ระบบ
กลุ่มผู้ใช้สามารถแต่ละกลุ่มเข้าสู่ระบบได้โดยการระบุ ชื่อผู้ใช้งาน (Username)
และรหัส ผ่าน (Password) เริ่มต้น ได้ดังนี้
กลุ่มครูและเจ้าหน้าที่ สามารถใช้ Username
: รหัสประชาชน และ Password
: รหัสประชาชน
กลุ่มนักเรียน สามารถใช้ Username
: รหัสนักเรียน และ Password : วัน/เดือน/ปีเกิด
เช่น 31/03/2540
กลุ่มผู้ปกครอง สามารถใช้ Username
: รหัสประชาชนของนักเรียน และ Password : วัน/เดือน/ปีเกิด
ของนักเรียน เช่น 31/03/2540
กลุ่มศิษย์เก่า สามารถใช้ Username : รหัสนักเรียนก่อนที่จะศึกษาจบ และ Password : วัน/เดือน/ปี เกิด เช่น 31/03/2540
